With hundreds of successfully closed transactions across the Kansas City metro, Jake has established a reputation for strategic execution and deep local market expertise. He joined Haith & Company in June 2024, bringing over four years of commercial real estate experience and a Finance degree from the University of Missouri (2020). Jake represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across all core asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, and land. Beyond standard brokerage services, he provides strategic market analysis, site selection, and asset valuation, helping clients optimize property performance and align real estate decisions with long-term financial goals.

Jake graduated from the University of Missouri in 2020 with a degree in Finance, and immediately obtained his real estate license in Missouri and Kansas. Since then, Jake has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords reach their goals all over the Kansas City Metro area. Jake enjoys working in all real estate sectors including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, land, and residential. He has assisted numerous clients in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing property in accordance with 1031 exchange guidelines and is excited to take the next step in his career, joining Haith & Co. in June of 2024.
